You can also create a larger sense through cornice such as a blue sky visual; it will give height sense as well as more comfort when you are inside. Another idea is installing lighting near the mirror of the bathroom. The lights will be reflected by the mirror and the bathroom can be brighter and also looks larger. A light bulb can be installed on the mirror.
For a very small bathroom; just replace the bathtub with a corner shower unit. Just the one with semi transparent glass cabin; it will give more spacious sense and also enables you to save more waters; the shower will enable you to use less water than a bathtub.
